BUSINESS WORKSHOP BY SCORE – RUNNING A BUSINESS
Business is always tough, but in this current situation making the
right decisions and plans can be even more critical to your business'
success. As a business owner, you will be interested in SCORE’S
workshop entitled “Running a Business: The Early Years" which has been
developed for businesses 1½ to 3 years old and those dealing with
recession issues.
The next 3 hour presentation is to be at a date to be determined
from 9 a.m. till Noon at Glen Burdine CPA, 1150 Palm Avenue, San Luis
Obispo, CA 93401
The three-part lecture will discuss:
Marketing
- Attracting and Retaining Customers in a Brutal Economy
Cash Flow - Financial Tools and Strategies
Human
Resources - How to Hire Employees and How to Motivate Them
The presentations will be followed by a question and answer period with a panel of the presenters and other SCORE counselors.
As
a unique aspect of the workshop, counselors devoted to leading
mentoring groups will be present to schedule appointments with
entrepreneurs interested in long term, detailed counseling
arrangements.
As usual, the workshop and all counseling are confidential and free of charge.
